We have invested in 3 continuous oil roasters with each being able to produce up to 10,000 lbs of nuts every 8 hours. Our dry roaster can produce up to 8,000 lbs of honey roasted peanuts in one shift. We are also equipped with three fully automatic, high speed packaging machines that enable us to pack 3,000 cases of 24 / 8 oz nuts per day.
